ClinicFloww is a local-first clinic management software. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information when you use our software and services.
Our application operates on a fully local basis. All patient records, clinic data, and operational information are stored exclusively on your local devices or your self-managed infrastructure. We do not transmit, sync, or store this data on any cloud storage or external servers controlled by ClinicFloww.
To facilitate secure login, ClinicFloww uses Google Workspace APIs via Google OAuth. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, strictly requesting only necessary scopes (email and profile) for authentication purposes. We do not store, process, or transmit your authentication tokens to any external servers.
Because we do not have access to your locally stored data, we do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties.
As the operator of a local-first deployment, you are solely responsible for ensuring the physical and digital security of the devices hosting the software, maintaining backups, and complying with any local healthcare data regulations applicable to your practice.
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at support@clinicfloww.com.
